Who we are
Sevenyear is a project of Sohus Ltd ("we"), a company registered in England and Wales (number 09369062), registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. We are the controller of the details you give us, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZC111701. Contact: privacy@fileseal.uk.
What we collect
Your email address, how you're interested (probate firm, executor, investor or just curious), the firm or organisation name if you give one, the date you signed up, and the wording you agreed to.
Why, and on what basis
To email you about the Sevenyear pilot and its launch, and to send you information that fits your interest. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Nobody else uses your details. They are stored with our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Upstash, who process them only on our instructions. Some of their processing may take place outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for two years after we last contacted you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@fileseal.uk. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
